In 1988,Beijing Huaxiang Electrical Furnace Technology Co., Ltd was founded in Beijing;
In 1989, Huaxiang made the first high flow rate gas quenching vacuum furnace in China, which was the first generation of vacuum furnaces in Huaxiang.
In 1991, Huaxiang manufactured the first pressurized double chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace in China. This furnace as the first generation oil quenching furnace has won the third prize of national science and technology progress, and is the most widely used furnace type for now in China.
In 1992, Huaxiang designed the first double vacuum sintering furnace at 1800℃in China. At present, the product plays an important role in the upmarket powder metallurgy industry in China.
In 1996, Huaxiang developed the first domestic water quenching, oil quenching, pressurized gas-cooling multi-purpose vacuum furnace in China as the second generation product. In the same year, the first domestic ion carburizing high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace was developed at Huaxiang.
In 1997, Huaxiang successfully made the first three chamber and half continuous aluminum vacuum brazing furnace in China.
In 1999, Huaxiang successfully developed 100 tons of vacuum diffusion welding furnace.
In 2001, Huaxiang designed the largest external circulation vertical high-pressure gas quenching furnace in China. As the third generation product, it has broken the monopoly of foreign fast cooling technology.
In 2002, Huaxiang successfully manufactured the third generation double chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace with a loading capacity of 1000kg.
In 2003,Huaxiang developed 300 tons of large vacuum diffusion welding furnace, which reached 2000℃.
In 2004, Huaxiang designed the 500kg three chamber semi continuous selenium smelting vacuum furnace.
In 2004, Huaxiang designed the first three and a half chamber 2.5 ton water and oil quenching vacuum furnace in China.
In 2005, Huaxiang successfully fabricated the used battery zinc and mercury vacuum smelting furnace.
In 2007, Huaxiang successfully developed the vacuum metal surface carving tin furnace.
In 2008, Huaxiang manufactured the fourth generation double chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace with a loading capacity of 2500kg.
In 2008, Huaxiang successfully designed and manufactured the largest internal cycle vertical high pressure gas quenching furnace in China.
In 2009, Huaxiang developed monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon vacuum furnace. Based on the technology of earliest vacuum ion carburization and 10 years’ vacuum carburization, a low pressure vacuum carburizing furnace (medium: acetylene) was designed and manufactured.
In 2011, for the new materials test of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huaxiang developed a high temperature sintering furnace with heating chamber of 2000℃, 2m in diameter, 10 zones for heating and temperature controlling and a system of high and low temperature automatic conversion.
In 2012,the high pressure gas quenching rotary heated vacuum furnace obtained the national patent and industry approval.
In 2013, Huaxiang designed the first 3 tons double chamber pressurized gas-cooling oil quenching furnace in China as the fifth generation product.
In 2014, Huaxiang delivered a gas quenching furnace with 10BAR pressure to our user for the isothermal quenching of oil drilling tools.
In 2015, Huaxiang developed the external heat type vacuum nitriding furnace (with high pressure gas quenching function) and delivered it to the user.
In 2016, the vacuum argon gas protection special welding warehouse was put into operation and played an irreplaceable role in the important part of the major scientific research projects in China.
In 2017, the new vertical oil quenching furnace was completed and entered into the implementation stage. The invention patent of the external thermal vacuum nitriding furnace was officially approved.
